No noises of any type heard day or night. The host was not seen but sent specific instructions to access the room and parking that was easy to follow. The parking was a private spot in a car parking area. It's just over a five minutes walk from the apartment. Outdoor seating area if the weather allows. The shower was small but very good. Off street parking and a short 15-20 minute walk to town for bars and restaurants.
