A wonderful family-run farmhouse B&B. Be prepared for a warm Welsh welcome. Nigel and Jane were the perfect hosts making our stay just that more special. The room is cosy and comfortable and a superb breakfast is provided – choice of Traditional or Welsh. Don’t forget to try the variety of jams. We would have loved to stay longer to make use of the common rooms especially the period style lounge. Free and safe on-site parking is provided – always preferred when using a rental vehicle. Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Gower Peninsula and Pembrokeshire are just a short drive away. Sorry we did not get to meet Rosie and Jasmine.

Fantastic host who was very welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. The house is a credit to him. The photos truly don’t do it justice. Everything is of the highest quality and comfort with plenty of room for a large family group. There wasn’t anything that hadn’t been thought of - very well equipped. Stunning views over the valley and perfectly situated between country and Ammanford for the local amenities. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to South Wales. Can’t recommend highly enough. Already looking to book for next year.

I visited for a few nights with my partner and our dog. The accommodation was amazing and very well presented. What was useful but isn't described in the listing is that there is tea coffee and milk provided. This was a really nice touch but useful to know in advance. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we could need. There is a really efficient washing machine and dryer. No laundry detergent but there is a dishwasher and dishwasher tabs. The bath was amazing with beautiful views of the nearby countryside. Wonderful smelling bath soak is also provided. An excellent addition was a bin outside with clean towels for the dog, which once used can be placed in an adjacent bin. This was a lovely touch. They really have thought of everything. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with lots of great walks. Everyone we met was super friendly and there are lots of welcoming pubs within a 10 minute drive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent communication, great location, the place is spotless and ready with everything you need for your stay, I truly can't recommend this place enough if you're in the area! Private (gated) parking for motorbikes too which is a bonus for fellow motorcyclists like myself.

Lovely studio in a convenient location. We chose it as a stopover while travelling from North to south wales. It has the basic facilities like microwave, toaster, fridge and some dinnerware. The bathroom was big and clean. Had private parking space. We had comfortable stay.

Love the farm setting. Nigel & Jane were wonderful and very hospitable hosts. Large ground floor room was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable, and the bigger bed was certainly welcomed. Great choice over breakfast with views of the garden. Parking close to the entrance made it easier with the rain. The donkeys are a real feature for we city folk. Thanks heaps for the stay.

I stayed at the Mill six years ago, now ,as then , it did not disappoint. Matthew and Helen are lovely hosts. The rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable bed , well equipped room. The small fridge with water and fresh milk , the jar full of chocolate bars were a bonus. Outside was neat and tidy, with plenty of parking space. Breakfast was served in a well appointed light, bright dining room. My eggs were cooked to perfection. I have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous B & B.

Very friendly welcome. Good parking. I had a large van but there was plenty of space. For some reason I thought there was a cooker but there was just a microwave, toaster and kettle, which would normally be more than adequate. Very helpful to have tea/ coffee and toiletries available. Overall, a lovely place and would definitely recommend.
