High standard of recent renovation. Beautiful interior design very welcoming feel in decor . We stayed in a Superior King room with balcony overlooking The Common . Breakfast was a highlight. Garry the chef was most a delight but he wouldn’t part with his porridge recipe ( I don’t even like porridge usually).

Considering the price, I wasn't expecting much but I was very blown away by how clean and spacious the room was. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean and accessible. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Plus, it was very close to several bus stops, making transportation easy.

Lovely home in a very nice area, it was spotless as expected. Beds were comfy, also provided towels, tea, coffee facilties for us. Hosts were fantastic with communication about getting in and left us to it. Would definately stay again if I was in the area.

    It was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. It's proximity to Beckenham Junction is excellent because one can travel to London in no time.I had good warm showers in a newly renovated bathroom. Continental breakfast that comes with the stay was good. Free parking is another great bonus.

    A good location, free parking, and shops nearby to forage in. I wasn't expecting breakfast, but there was a continental breakfast included, with coffee, toast, boiled eggs and other stuff, which was a nice surprise. My room had been converted from something like a ballroom or large lounge, so had massive floor to ceiling windows overlooking the car park. Nice light, if you don't mind folk being able to see in.

    Fantastic location, 2 min on feet to the railway station, quick journey to London. Couple of lovely streets nearby with bars, restaurants and shops. Very clean, good continental breakfast, helpful and welcoming staff. Free parking on site, good WiFi, spacious rooms and comfy bed :) We made a last-minute reservation and were very happy with our choice

    The hotel was very clean throughout and the staff were polite and welcoming. Location was perfect, only a 2-3 minute walk into Beckenham, the hotel was in a quite street so no traffic noise. Onsite and off road free parking was a bonus in London.
