We just stayed for 1 night because we were leaving for a flight the morning after. Everything was perfect and it was no problem to leave 1 bag at their place while we were abroad for 1 week. The staff was really nice and helpful and met all of our needs.

The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Breakfast was a full continental breakfast with lots of options even dairy free milk options. I was thoroughly impressed. Breakfast area was immaculately clean and spacious.we loved the variety of breakfast pastries!Hotel room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. We loved the eco-friendly bath soap/shampoos. The staff were brilliant and so accommodating. We felt so welcome and the facilities were also great. Lots of parking outside which was handy for Crufts. We were served by Jack in the restaurant both nights and he was so lovely and polite.

    Good hotel close to airport. We used it for an event close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's a bit dated but is good for a couple of days. We didn't use the swimming pool however our friends did and thought it was pleasant. There is no extra for car parking. We didn't have breakfast. However, one of our friends did and thought it was decent. I would use the hotel again.

    Just suited our needs perfectly, so close to where we needed to be on Saturday. Staff were really friendly and very obliging inthe restaurant. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Car parking was so easy . Would definitely use again

    Location was fab for concert. Free parking. The food and drink was very reasonable in the hotel. Comfy rooms, spa was clean and had what you needed helpful staff. For the price I'd totally recommend.

    I was attending a conference at the NEC. And location was excellent. I could park up, leave the car and walk across to the Hall. Secure parking, staff very helpful, Kate night bar food available and was very welcome
