We loved the location! the food at both restaurants were excellent and all staff we encountered from cleaning people to the front desk to wait staff were all professional, helpful and kind. People seem to enjoy working there and that means a lot! Thank you for your hospitality!

the breakfast was top notch the service was superb . the room was a good size smashing shower plenty of tea and coffee and snacks.......we were at the back so restricted view but was no problem ....if i come back to arran this will be my first stop....plus stunning scenery so relaxing

Wonderful place, perfectly located. The island is small but there was some points of interest close by, we were even able to walk. The view and site is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are cute and cosy and the staff was very pleasant and always helpful. We also ate at the hotels restaurant and everything was delicious! We highly enjoyed our stay and we recommend without hesitation!

The bus from the ferry stops at their front door. The restaurant and pub are very friendly, efficient, and the food is great. I Loved, Loved, the Vegan Roumalade. My favorite meal of my 4 week trip. It is on the water. Our room was small but very nice. happy to stay here again

Beautiful location, this hostel offers everything for a great stay on Arran. Very close to the ferry, and bus stop, it's a good place for hikes. The dorm I slept in was spacious and comfortable. There's a large kitchen and dining room, and two lounges offering beautiful views across the bay. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

    The breakfast was very good! I had the full scottish each morning which was plenty! The local produce used was very good! The owner offered to seconds and checked in if everything was okay. The location is fantastic with amazing views! Neighbourhood is very safe and plenty of on street parking possibility. The owner provided alternative check in options which was fantastic as there was no time pressure!
