There are so many things to like about this lovely B&B. First is Elena the host and proprietor. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was comfortable, immaculately clean and had everything you might want. The bed was very comfortable and the shower facilities were excellent. Elena’s breakfast is justifiably claimed to be excellent… it was delicious and we really didn’t need much more to eat all day! The Old Field Barn will always be our first choice accommodation whenever we are in the area and we look forward to a return visit very soon. Thank you.

    Oak View Lodge is a lovely, modern chalet, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice private decking area. Parking is very convenient, right outside, on a private driveway. Attentative hosting from Elizabeth and her partner, but not intrusive. Quiet location with easy short distance walking for parks, woodland and village. A ‘welcome pack’ on arrival was appreciated and very thoughtful. Would recommend Rumbles Fish Bar in the village! A very enjoyable stay. Looking forward to going back.

    A good rural location with a short walk to a local pub/restaurant. Andrew, the proprietor, was very welcoming to his beautiful self designed and built six bedroom house of which three are for B&B. Good on-site parking and great views over open farmland. Andrew’s breakfasts are excellent.
