It was an emergency booking after my flight from London Gatwick was cancelled. Not very near to the airport but ok. I can't describe how helpful the staff were (the receptionist and another guy). I came late at night and they helped me to arrange a taxi trip to London Luton airport the next day. I wouldn't know what to do without their help. Thanks, guys.

We were involuntarily stranded in Gatwick during transit and needed a place to stay late at night with 2 children, close (actually walking distance!) to the airport; self check-in works perfectly. Cristina offers 2 lovely appartments providing everything you need (including a nice coffee/tea- and breakfast-setup! it's tastefully and thoughtfully furnished - there are even USB sockets (something we were in desperate need of as for our “short” transit we didn’t bring any UK-plugs) and Netflix provided. Communication with Cristina was so kind and accommodating and despite the stress we really got to calm down there. Thank you so much - 10/10

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The accommodation was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, very clean, and perfectly equipped. This is a fabulous little cabin with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, showing me around the cabin and telling me about the local restaurants and facilities. The cabin is in it's own private area, with a lovely outdoor sitting area for warmer evenings. A really comfortable stay in a peaceful and quiet residential location. Breakfast cereals, milk and water all provided. Being a new cabin everything is spotless and of high quality.

    We had an early start leaving the accommodation around 6.30pm. The next stage was to park the car at Cophall Parking which was just 7/8 minutes away. The stay was comfortable and the evening meal was lovely. We have no adverse comment to make about the accommodation or location to Gatwick Airport.
