    Perfect location with everything at your door step. Free parking too. Was given a room with a balcony and also a ceiling fan which helped in the heat. Very clean, fresh and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂 will deffo be returning.

    Stayed in the Dunes. This was our 3rd stay. We highly recommend the Dunes for any adult travellers as it is away from the rest of the hotel and you don't get any noise from families and/or groups. The room was excellent as usual. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. I felt safe and secure staying here. Free parking is a big bonus. Comfortable bed.

    This is the 3rd time staying here. Perfect location. The rooms are extremely warm, there is a ceiling fan but it's very noisy. Our room on this occasion had 2 bright spot lights shining straight in, which isn't ideal. Definitely would benefit from air con & black out curtains. Room was clean & tidy. Handy free parking on site. Would definitely rebook.

    A comfortable bed clean and modern room. Despite being almost full we had two quiet and comfortable nights. All towels replaced during stay. Free parking behind property.
