We absolutely love the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, the shower works perfectly, the staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very generous in providing us with complimentary beer, chocolates, milk, coffee and teabags of good quality in the room, and not forgetting the hearty breakfast! The hotel restaurant/ pub has a nice outdoor space where we can hang out and have a drink until 10pm in the summer. And there is a 24hr McDonald's just next door if we need late night supper.

Our hearts are brimming with gratitude, and we're eager to heap praise upon Ann, the remarkable custodian of this establishment. From the very start of our journey to London, Ann's thoughtful call reassured us that assistance was just a heartbeat away if needed. Upon our arrival, Ann's warm smile and welcoming drink set the perfect tone for our stay. This initial conversation with her was more than just a welcome; it was a friendly exchange where she learned about our plans and interests. Meanwhile, the attentive porters discreetly whisked our luggage to our room, leaving us free to unwind in the cozy lounge while sipping sparkling wine. Henry's Townhouse stands out from the usual crowd of hotels. It's not your typical chain hotel found everywhere. Instead, it's a unique gem, filled with character, elegance, and personal touches that make it a true haven of British charm. We indulged in delicious breakfasts in the charming downstairs dining area each morning. The best part? You can customize your breakfast to your liking. The food truly showcased culinary artistry. Our room was a haven of comfort with a touch of vintage elegance. The Victorian-style bed was exceptionally cozy, and the bathroom was wonderfully equipped with all necessities. The bath was a work of art, so much so that it almost begged for romantic relaxation. The staff ensured our room was replenished daily, leaving a delightful surprise of an ice bucket and cappuccino essentials in the fridge. The presence of fresh flowers added a lovely touch to both our room and the entire hotel. Our vacation was remarkable, and a significant part of that was thanks to where we stayed and the exceptional hospitality we experienced. Our heartfelt thanks go to Ann; we can't recommend Henry's Townhouse enough. This place has earned a special place in our hearts.

My recent stay at the London Nino Apartment was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the allure of a beautiful apartment that felt like a 5-star hotel and more. First and foremost, the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the interior design created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making every moment spent indoors a pleasure. The fully functional kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances, was a true highlight. It allowed for hassle-free meal preparation and added a touch of convenience to our stay. Location-wise, the London Nino Apartment couldn't have been better. Just a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction and with a bus service right at the doorstep, getting around was a breeze. Additionally, finding groceries within a 5-minute walk made daily necessities easily accessible. However, what truly made our stay remarkable was the host, Maria. She was not only excellent but also incredibly thoughtful, caring, and warm. Her hospitality added a personal touch to the experience, making us feel like a welcomed guest. In summary, there was absolutely nothing not to like about the London Nino Apartment. It's the perfect blend of class, comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I can't recommend it enough and eagerly look forward to returning for another delightful stay.

Great communication throughout the stay. Even though it says shared bathroom, it was really private. The bed is SUPER comfy for the price and the pillows are lovely. VERY good value for money. it was a perfect night stay for what I paid

    The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and provided a very 'homey' feeling. Lina the host was very helpful and provided very clear information in regards to the apartment, car parking, and collecting the key. We very much appreciated that the hosts had prepared a travel cot for our 1 year old child and that they also had a high chair. The location was perfect, just outside central London enough to not be too busy, but also close enough to easily travel into the city.
