    Room was beautifully furnished and a nice size for a couple, bathroom was spacious and nicely equipped with a good shower, great coffee machine in the room which we liked, staff were very friendly and very helpful (helped us get a taxi to the wedding we were attending) and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options if you don't want a cooked breakfast. Free parking was a bonus too.

    The food was very good, both at breakfast and at dinner. The atmoshpere of the hotel was pleasant, and it was a convenient location. It was a bonus to have off-street parking.

    Beautiful, old hotel with character in an excellent location. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the following morning, both superb. Also loved that there was free parking on site.
