The place was absolutely perfect (it's not a joke!)! Everything was clean and tidy - extra soft towels, super comfy bed, a lovely owner and tiny surprises. The room (and the bathroom as well) was absolutely clean and disinfected. When we will visit Margate again, I'm sure, we will choose Liz's place again.

Margate was great, as was the room and hotel. They are remodeling the street side of the hotel right now, but only do noisy work in the hours between check out and check in - we never heard anything. The room far exceeded our expectations.

The included breakfast was amazing. You get the food table the day before, so you can even use it as a snack throughout the day, it is more than enough. You can even take some of the food with you, when you are checking out. Furthermore, the host was very nice and welcoming. I would fully recommend this rental.

    Location was fantastic. Breakfast amazing. Hotel upgraded our room on arrival. Hotel full of character. Room beautiful and great sea views. Free parking on street and car park. Staff efficient and friendly. No restaurant in the evening but a place was set on request for a take-away.
