The location can’t be beat - you walk out the front gate and you’re at the cathedral. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL. All the staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was well equipped, relaxing and had lots of nice touches including welcome truffles!

Super comfy beds, exceptionally clean, very modern, right at the canal basin. Short walk into the centre of Ripon. What's not to like. Sophie, the owner was very friendly and helpful if you needed anything, we got on well. Hope to come back again soon. Would highly recommend, if you like the accommodation description, you will love it when you walk in, definitely got the wow factor.

    Comfort and cleanliness of the room was good. Easy access off the A1, and onsite parking was a bonus. The staff were great. The grounds were nice for a walk after dinner, and the town centre and attractions were also a short walk away. Also the internal decor was quirky and nostalgic to with an old lamp post and cobblestone walkway within the foyer.

    Breakfast was very very good,all homemade. Really different. Didn't eat in restaurant at night so can't comment but if breakfast is anything g to go by , it would be special Staff were great very friendly, welcoming. Free parking. Right in centre of the town.
