Christina came to meet us at the door and was so gracious and welcoming. The whole team there took such good care of us and made a difficult trip (bereavement) much more bareable. The room was so comfortable and decorated beautifully. There's a fully accessible bathroom and lift too which is great and the bed is perfect. The castle has been restored so well and looks gorgeous inside and out. Really recommend having a walk around the castle grounds while you're staying too. The café staff were super friendly and took our drinks to the guest lounge for us when we had family visiting. The food is really nice and they make good hot drinks and the tablet they sell is delicious. They will try their best to help you. We even got invited to watch a fashion show which was cool. Really can't recommend this place enough and we'll definitely stay again next time we're on the island. Everyone clearly loves what they're doing and it really shows. Plus, it's a castle! What's not to like?

    This was a convenient single night stopover for us before picking up a motorhome for ongoing adventures. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable,and walking distance, less than a mile, into town. Nice views across fields towards lochs and the sea. Space for parking, and areas for eating outdoors. Ideal for a couple. Very good communication from Donald at the time of booking and up to our arrival.

    The cottage was lovely and clean, and was in a really good location for both the ferry and for exploring Lewis. All the beds were comfortable and each room had dressing gowns and towels. The off-street parking at the side was great and made it easy for unpacking/packing.
