Kitchen area in particular is small but well equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and most of all sink which is not always found in similar set ups. Bed was quite comfortable. We had a lovely sleep, the bed was so comfortable. The water has instant heat. You can adjust the heating to suit yourself. We weren't bothered by anyone.
