Wonderful hotel. Amazing service staff, very good location in the heart of the city. Everything is close around. They have a very elegant and clean rooms. I stayed at this hostel and really enjoyed it. The kitchen is small but fully stocked — you can easily cook anything, from pasta to something fancy if you’re feeling ambitious. The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Decent facilities and fascinating view! Quite amazing value! Having this view with excellent treatment by the staff and tasty breakfast made it unforgettable. There were complaints about the elevators but I had no problem, I guess you just need to skip using it about 12 pm which is the rush hour of check outs during the high season

nice hotel, room are very luminouse. hotel is lost in country side, so you will have nice view on stars and mountain. Swiming pool is installed on part of roof with veranda and is a must seen. quality of food of restaurant really surprise me and make me enjoy.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.
