All the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities are spacious and wonderful, especially the pool. Descent length and depth for swimming and a separate pool for kids. Perfect dinner menu with great food.

Room was exceptional, big, clean and nice. Location of the hotel is very good, building is beautiful, and lobby is luxurious. Breakfest is delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the girl on the reception, Maria. We had a wonderful stay.

well situated. every member of staff was excellent. service excellent. best breakfast ever. i ate dinner in the hotel both nights because the chefs were brilliant. the smoked eel dish is to die for; the brocolli and cauliflower dish with tomato ponzu is delicious. great wines by the glass wonderful old building with a fascinating history

Staff were wonderful, in difficult circumstances they were extremely supportive and obliging. Great breakfast, room was large and beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed. Pool was great. Only a 5 euro taxi drive into Ioannina.

Located above the lake, so lots of winding roads but easy to find. You can’t walk anywhere close really but easy to jump back in the car for restaurants etc. Amazing views in the night with the lights and in the morning. Very comfortable stay and very good breakfast. Recommended.

    Location of this hotel is as central as you can get. It is a bit difficult to find, even with their map. Important info for those traveling with a car, there is underground parking nearby. So your car is safe and cool. Staff is very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was quite basic but ok. City of Ioannina is very beautiful. The lake, the cave, everything. Wish we could have stayed longer. Be sure to visit traditional restaurant Fisa Roufa that is close by. The staff was amazing and their food is so tasty.

    A hotel suitable for transit that has a free underground parking nearby, where the car was safe and cool. We rested very well and left with fresh strength to another destination. The city is picturesque, worth seeing.
