A little paradise right on the beach of Kalyves Polygyrou – that’s the best way to describe our stay at Voutia. The location is simply unbeatable: just a few steps separate you from golden sand and the gentle sound of the sea. The moment you open the door, you can practically walk straight into the water – a feeling of freedom and lightness you won’t forget anytime soon. The apartments themselves are another highlight. Tastefully designed, modernly equipped, and yet with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything you need for daily life is there – along with those little extras that make all the difference. A true gem is the terrace. The view of the water almost reminds you of the Caribbean – turquoise, wide and endless. Enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine here is an experience in itself. We spent countless hours on the terrace, often just marveling at the beauty of this place. The surroundings are just as perfect: restaurants with authentic cuisine, small grocery stores and bakeries for everyday needs are all within easy reach. If you love good food or just want to grab something spontaneously, this is the place to be. Another reason our stay felt so special were the hosts. So welcoming, helpful, and always available – you feel at home from the very first moment. There are times when you can tell that people do their work with genuine passion – and this was clearly the case here. We stayed with our little son, and he felt comfortable right away. For children it’s almost like a tiny leisure paradise – playing on the terrace, building sandcastles, or simply discovering the world by the sea. For us as parents, it was pure relaxation to see him enjoying his time so wholeheartedly. All in all, Voutia is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend – whether for families who want to spend valuable time together, or couples looking for peace, closeness to the sea, and a touch of romance.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. The air conditioning worked great — perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to beach, supermarkets and restaurants.. Despite being close to everything, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in/check-out incredibly easy. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Clean, pleasant, with a parking space. 10 steps from the beach. It has everything you need for a stay. All appliances work. There is also a frappe machine. The terrace is wonderful, with a view of the sea. Very kind host. He welcomed us with cold drinks. The beach is quiet and peaceful, with few visitors. The water is clean, without animals. The place is wonderful for a peaceful holiday.

    Most of what it was. Direct access to the seaside + reserved seating at the beach, good nearby places to eat, and the host recommended a fancy seafood restaurant that was excellent in the neighboring town. Good Internet (though it did had slight cutouts when I was watching a game; I suspect that’s just inherent to Starlink). If it weren’t for the parking situation, the grade would have shot up to 9.

    We absolutely loved Marine Wave! It's a brand new well-equipped apartment, really clean and well-organized. The host was helpful and friendly and responded quickly whenever we had any questions. The beach in front is calm and clean, so we could really enjoy a peaceful stay. There's private parking with a gate in front which made us feel relaxed and secure. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
