This is a no-nonsense type of hotel. The style of our room was minimalistic, but everything was there, comfortable, clean and in good operating condition. The breakfast was out of this world and spectacularly presented. Everything was perfect. Quite, clean, spacious. I loved that we had a coffee maker and could make tea in the room. The room was the perfect temperature and there were slippers in the room for us. Parking was arranged (at a fee, which is expected in this busy city). Perfect location to explore all the sites on foot in Thessaloniki. Cute balcony and surprisingly very quiet. The staff were warm, professional and welcoming. Well priced and Modern hotel. I will definitely recommend Pillow Urban Stay to all.
