The villa is located on a hill, between olive trees, with lots of flowers and pines around. The view simply takes your breath away. It was super clean, comfortable, very spacious and had many amenities. Wonderful hosts, very hospitable, helpful and friendly. They made sure that our stay was perfect! We highly recommend Villa Theano!!!

I spent two wonderful weeks in this house. We are a family with 3 children and we all felt very well. Nancy is an extraordinary and kind host, she was careful not to miss anything, she came every 3 days for cleaning. When we arrived we found vegetables from his garden in the fridge and he often brought us small tasty snacks. We really liked the yard, which is very beautiful, with olive trees, bougainvillea, leander, a ficus, vine and vegetable garden. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area, you can hear cicadas during the day and crickets at night. The children were very excited that they had somewhere to run and play. A tree house is set up for small children. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. And the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. What I really liked is the fact that the beds had many pillows and were very comfortable. We all slept very well. We were sorry that the two weeks passed too quickly and we are already thinking of coming back here in the following years.

Everything was perfect! We spent in Sunrise vila two fantastic weeks! The house is very spacious, clean and bright, surrounded by a beautiful garden of lemon and olive trees. The view you can enjoy from the terraces (4!) is fantastic! It is located in a quiet place, a few minutes by car from Luxouri, and in a strategic position to reach the wonderful beaches of the island. Babis, the owner, is really very kind! At our arrival he let us find a delicious moussaka still warm in the oven, a bottle of good wine, fruits, and all for breakfast. Every day he left us fresh produce from the garden; the watermelon was super!!! We really felt like at home. Absolutely recommended!

Loved everything!! The location, the room, the breakfast and most importantly the exceptional service from Spiro and his team. These are the high standards many other 5 star hotels talk about but cannot successfully achieve.     Looked just like in the photos, beautiful apartment and huge terrace with large canopy to shade you from the sun. Had a lift which was useful as we were on the top floor. Easy and free parking behind the property. Supermarket just across the road and very short, level walk to fabulous restaurants in the town. There is a beach behind the property, but we liked Lepeda Beach more which is a 5 minute drive or 20/30 minute easy walk away.

    It was clean. We got room service everyday, new towels every two days, but the owner gave us new, earlier, upon a request. Quiet place with a free parking. The owner was very kind.

    Fammily business. They have 2 beautiful villas 100 meters away from the main road from Argostoli to Lixouri, wich is 2 km far. Very confortable and spacious rooms and the owners very nice people, simple and polite, they gave us fresh vegetables and fruit from their garden, wich were delicious. They so deserve the good rating on booking.com. Wi fi working good, AC good, balcony, patio, quiet yet close to good beaches and supermarket. Free parking. I would highly recommend!
