Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

We found a nice and cozy house, near the beach. This house overwhelms our expectations, beeing new and having all the confort facilities. It is ideally for families or groups of friends who like to spend time together. Near this house, at about 5 minutes of walk is a beach, a raw one, that gives a quiet confort, listening only the sound of the sea. No music and no noise. Just the sea. You and the sea. This beach is situated in a gulf that's why the water is clean, very clear and nice. The house is clean, and it has ALL the requirements for cooking and socializing with friends and family. This means that there is a kitchen, but outside, in the yard is a kiosc where you can grill or cook what you want. We had 11 days of happiness and I am sure that I gladly come back. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

    I can suggest Sani Gulf to everyone! The rooms are amazing, new and big and with your own parking you do not need to search around to park your car. But most importantly I would like to mention how great people are managing this hotel. Unfortuantely me and my fiancee had a car accident before arriving to the hotel and the hotel agreed to change my dates even though the booking was non refundable. Great facilities and
