Everything was perfect! Very good location, close to everything and the beach. Clean and tidy room. With a great pool. Friendly staff, especially Klairi. She was available at all times. We enjoyed our vacation.

The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.

Location is perfect, walking distance to everything. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The owner is so welcoming, friendly & helpful. We ended up staying an extra night. We also hired a boat for the day from his brother at half the price of any other companies

We booked the whole villa - 4 apartments for a group of 16, including three children. The rooms were clean, with new facilities and every apartment has its own balcony or veranda with table and chairs. The area around the first floor apartments is like a little playground which families with children will appreciate. The bathrooms were clean and the appliances are new. The scenery is very pleasant and at this time of year, it was very quiet. The host was punctual and our communication was smooth. Everyone in our group was happy with the rooms and the overall experience.

The house is located on top of the hill, not difficult to find, in a very calm area, great to have a parking lot in front of the house. The host are kind. Walking distance to city center and beaches.     Great location, yet very quiet. The daily cleaning was an unexpected bonus, the open veranda amazing for fresh nights in, and the secured free parking on the site a very appreciated facility. The manager was very helpful.

    Great Yard, comfirtable beds, very responsive and kind host. We we more than satisfied. The best beach in Sivota (Zavia beach) is only 5 min walk from apartment. There are olive trees and free parking.

    Everything! The apartment feels brand new, everything was provided from kitchenware to good quality linens and towels. The views are spectacular across the harbour with a lovely covered terrace to sit on. The windows include fitted mosquito screens and shutters. A top of the range washing machine and netflix plus off street parking on a flat area for our motorcycles...it was all perfect!
