I liked everything about this hotel and in my mind it deserves more stars than just 2. The location is perfect for a lazy day at the beach or exploring one of the famous beaches nearby. The family who runs it is very welcoming and make sure that guests feel comfortable. I was given a room on third floor which was very bright and airy and had fantastic views of the sea. Breakfast is very good too.

The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.

Clean, beautiful and comfortable place to stay near Falassarna Beach, only 5 minutes reached by car. Tavernas, markets, everything is nearby. Hosts were sweetest ladies, they made us feel like at home, very attentive and they treat all your wishes with ward heart. Great room service, great garden with pool and cute sun beds, a lot of parking place.

Beautiful property and furnished like a true home. The owner was very kind and hospitable and upgraded our studio to the apartment without any additional cost. Near many beautiful beaches and very convenient if taking a ferry. We highly recommend it.

Helen and Spiros are incredibly welcoming hosts, they answered all our questions and gave us suggestions for sights to see and places to visit. The room was very clean and neat and it was tidied up daily. They loaned us beach equipment and even baked us some afternoon treats. We stayed at the Lemon house, which was increadible and had everything we could possibly need for our week stay and the pool area was perfect for relaxing when we didn't feel like driving anywhere. We couldn't be more pleased and if we were ever coming back to Crete the first thing we would do is check if the Guesthouse was available.

We really appreciated the central location in Kissamos — everything was just around the corner: grocery stores, restaurants, gyros places, pharmacies, and pastry shops. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed: a beach umbrella, lots of kitchenware, dishwashing liquid, and even a Jamie Oliver cookbook! All cleaning products were provided too — it was incredibly well-equipped and convenient

Everything was absolutely perfect. I was impressed with how clean the apartment was (and my standards are quite high), and the little thoughtful touches such as coffee capsules, bottled water, and a few bits for breakfast. Arriving past midnight meant that we couldn’t pop in to the shops, so these gestures made our stay even more comfortable. Location is also great, literally next to everything-shops, pharmacy, and bakeries.
