Hotels with Parking in Volissos

A very well designed house. Especially ideal for two families or couples. Everything was very clean. We will choose this place again when we come for a long stay.

I had been travelling around Chios for several weeks visiting as many villages as I could by bus. I now wanted to stay somewhere to rest and relax before moving on to another island. Limnia is the perfect place especially out of season. More than anything Porto Limnia was a lovely place to stay. It was very quiet yet close to the marina. The rooms were modern and immaculately clean with lots of space. I had a front room overlooking the garden and views down to the sea. I really couldn't have chosen anywhere better for a bit of down time. My host Georgia was away at her daughter's wedding but we had very good communication with each other so I knew how to access my room. She did come back to check everything was OK and very kindly brought me some wedding treats. It was lovely to see photographs from the wedding and to meet Georgia in person - albeit briefly. The apartment had everything that I could possibly need for my stay and it was like staying in my own personal villa as there were no other guests there during my stay. Down at the marina just a two minute walk away there are a couple of cafe bars still open. It is out of season so some of them had closed. None of them here served traditional Greek food but there was the offer of pizza or club sandwich which served me perfectly well. Katerina at the Hook also did me a great breakfast. Because I was using public transport to get around I was able to get the bus from Chora to Volissos. I had been given the phone number of George the taxi driver in the village who came to pick me up with my luggage. It is a short drive to Limnia but not doable with all my luggage. The nearest supermarket is about a 20-30 minute walk away at the edge of Volissos village (depending on how fast you walk). The same to walk up to Volissos which is an absolutely amazing place to visit. Walking along the road from Limnia takes you past olive groves and then the magnificent castle comes into view. Loved it here.

You will have a remarkable vacation here in Almiriki Chios Hotel, guaranteed! Not only the great nature, clean beach, and crystal-clear sea, but also the level of the hotel, which is both modern and super clean. That is, for sure, the exceptional hospitality and quality of the service that will stay fresh in your memories. We spent a week here and it was a wonderful experience. The manager, Mr. Panagiotis, and the Almiriki Team were always ready to answer or help with your needs. During our stay, the only thing that we heard from them was "How can we help you?" We requested a change for our room before our stay, and the hotel agreed to swap rooms, even though the one that we requested was a little bit more expensive. That shows that the mentality of the hotel administration was customer-oriented and satisfaction-based. Thank you very much for everything to all! The location of the hotel is amazing. Next to an incredible sea, daily cleaned, super clean rooms, high-performance air conditioners, a very tasty breakfast, and tasty meals from the bar, towels for the beach, extremely friendly staff, Starlink fast internet, easy check-in, and check-out. Very close parking lot, which has shades for cars and an entrance guard door with a card. As a family, it was super easy for us to schedule our day since our little son was 1,5 years old and we needed to go back and forth from the beach during the day. But must say there is no supermarket nearby within short walking distance, so a car can be very useful, which we have. The bees had started using the beach as their home after the forest fires, and it was a bit hassle on the beach while a couple of bees flew around us all the time. Due to the bees, the kids were swinging their arms all the time to be able to create a safe area for themselves, so we had to order our meals to our room during the holiday. And the staff were extremely helpful in bringing them to us.

Clean, comfortable, good location

Dimitra’s and Xenofon’s house was great. They are so nice, helpful and warm people. They are interested with everything so closely. All stuff, machines and everything in the house were totally new. We were the first users. The house has a lovely terrace for lovely chats. We loved the house and its comfort so much. There are two queen beds which are great and comfy. Each room has own air conditioner and works really well. Lithi village is so quite and peaceful place. The village has a great sandy beach with its crystal water.

Location of the house is super central, there is a pharmacy nearby and some good restaurants by walking distance. It’s a full house, you can find anything you may need- like a drawer full of medications for any emergency. Eugenia is super kind and helpful, she called taxi for us and answered any question immediately. We were 3 girls and everything is enough. If you’re traveling family you’d also be very happy with all the things provided. Would definately stay again next time.
