The restaurant offers perfect food, which is both modern and authentic, with a wide variety of delicious options. Beatiful hotel, with very nice equipped and clean rooms. The hotel has everything you need and enough space for parking in the underground garage, which can be reached by elevator for cars. The hotel is located in Motovun on a very magical spot with a stunning view. The little and charming city Motovun offers an old town to stroll around and some very good "konobas". The perfect place for couples.

It is an old house renovated with great taste and love. There is everything one may need to recharge and relax. There were a lot of real antique items of furniture in a good condition, blended with beautiful modern pieces of interior. This place has a soul, which is not common at all. I had really good sleep starting from the first night. And the host was amazing.

The most comfortable bed and pillows we have had during our 3 week holiday. My husband and I both had the best sleep of our trip. The terrace was lovely and the view spectacular. We loved sitting out there in the afternoon having a beer and looking out over the truffle forest!

    Generous and lovely host Anton greeted us and explained everything. Karojba is a small village 4km from Motovun and well situated for you to explore the Istrian hinterland. Nothing is very far away but you do need a car. Secure parking available in the front yard. Can also recommend getting a pizza from Alto Pizzeria - they were good. Having a spa on the deck with a gorgeous valley view was wonderful.

    it was great. All things worked well. lots of space. Peaceful and quiet. Shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was firm and comfortable. Anton met us and explained everything. I would stay again. Be aware that this property is a long way from anywhere. You will have to drive. Motovun closet town of consequence and in first week of May was very full of people. You will be very isolated. There is secure parking, gated for your car. Owner, Anton, was most helpful and friendly. Easy to contact.
