Availability and flexibility in terms of time, in terms of service and stuff given to the guest. Quality of the caffe excellent, like in Italy. Breakfast delicious in the morning and bar pretty good. The location was very good, near to the center. The place, which was very clean, had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very amiable, they helped us as much as they can. They were also pet friendly. The parking place was right in front of the window.
