We stayed around 2 weeks in Swan Paradise. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and from the first moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the wonderful service and hospitality of the staff. The check in was smooth, the room was clean and specious. The hotel had prepared complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and a cake. The pools were clean, the restaurant had a beautiful view and the food was delicious. The variety of options on the menu were endless, we had trouble choosing. We had a wonderful experience with the entire staff, especially Agustin. She was behind lovely and helpful. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Everything. It’s a boutique guest house with clean and tidy facilities and lovely staff. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was good and hot. We arrived really late (2:30am) due to our flight being delayed and they were ready to get us into the room straight away with no fuss so we could get to sleep. They also gave us a late check out as we weren’t getting picked up until later. For the price, this place is amazing value for money. Comes with breakfast as well.

Very nice, new hotel. The room was really big, same for the bed, everything was cleaned every day and very comfortable. Very private, beautiful balconies and surrounding resort areas. The staff and service was really nice.

The place has all what I need close to the airport, touristic attractions if you like very close to Ubud, but at the same time you are in the middle of rice fields, green nature and very quite residential area. What is needed can be organised, taxi pick up, drop to the airport, food requests, special requests and nothing is too much for the staff! They offer motors for rent with top quality service, very reliable and very good. I have no idea how many times I came back here, but each time it was so welcoming and happy to be home again. For sure it is not the last stay I made in Indonesia Bali in this hone stay, I will come back again!!

Everything is super. We had very memorable stay with sanctoo. All the staff are attentive. They show the truly hospitality with no discrimination. Feel welcome on every step that you take in this establishment. Worth the money with all the benefits that we get. It's just like one pack excellent short escape with Sanctoo from our daily routine. Very recommended for those traveling with kids. Can't wait to stay again.

Me and my family of 3 has wonderful stay and exceptional experience here.The staff,especially kadek and friends were really accommodating and helpful,the staff even help to look at my daughter when me and husband want to have a dip in the pool.The service and the staff especially is the one who make this stay unforgettable.There’s only 2 unit and by the time we arrive there’s no guest in the other room which leave the place all to ourselves.The nature,zen,away from the hustle and bustle just amidst with nature,the fresh air with the waterfall,you can never get anywhere else.I can’t point enough all of the goodness I experienced while staying here.Will come back for sure to meet kadek and friends 🤍

    The staffs are amazing, hospitality is always the middle name of the staffs (or even Bali in general). Food tastes great, I can request to adjust my spicy level when I order fried rice and it's inexpensive. Location might not be in city center of Ubud but having a quiet stay was my main reason staying in Ubud. Recommend you guys to rent a scooter or car. They have parking lot for your vehicle
