From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They truly went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made all the difference during my stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It was extremely convenient, timely, and hassle-free, allowing me to easily navigate my arrival and departure without any stress. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. It’s clear that the hotel pays great attention to detail, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend FM7 Resort Hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta, especially those needing a hotel near the airport.
