We loved your stay at Billy's a lot! The view from our villa was out of this world, first the pool and then a view to the ricefiels and mountains, it just looked a Balinese painting, no buildings, fantastic! The staff here is so friendly and polite, really working so hard to keep the place clean! Bed was very comfortable, good scooterrental. Very nice places to visit in the area and Billy's restaurants was also good for dinner!

Wow! Incredible—what a serene, high touch 2 days we spent here. Highly recommend if you want a taste of unspoilt Bali, a bit off the beaten track, with delicious home style authentic Balinese cuisine. Juli (who grew up in the area) the owner and operator took care of us like we were family, she showed us around, told us all about local culture, and she does wonderful things like adopting local dogs and cats and nursing them back to health, and also supports the local folks. Be aware that it’s a bit hard to get to but if you’re ok with immersing yourself in a riverside natural retreat this is for you. Her staff are 10/10 so nice and sweet and so so helpful—they even drove 20 minutes to pick up my favorite Indonesian dessert that I had trouble finding on my own. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

we stayed here for 6 nights. rooms are small but have everything you need, they get cleaned everyday, bed is comfy, family is incredibly nice and hospitable. we rented a scooter with them so we had the freedom to explore the village. we would definitely recommend this place! it's a wonderful place and the nature surrounding it is so beautiful and peaceful, away from the busy cities like Canggu.

I have been to Bali many times and this was definitely one of the top places I have stayed. The setting is amazing, beautiful garden, great seating area overlooking the small pool and river. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need to do your own cooking. A five minute walk takes you into Desa Tua where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, tofu and tempe. There is also a mini mart with any other supplies you need. The bedroom/living area is very comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean. The owners have done all they can to make your stay comfortable - things like a small first aid kit, a speaker you can connect your phone to, scissors, a torch - they have thought of almost everything. Wayan is a friendly host and can organise a motorbike - there a few beautiful waterfalls in the area - and can help you with onward transport. The place offers a peacefulness that is getting harder and harder to fins in Bali.

First and foremost, I want to emphasise how much effort all of the staff put into their work. You can really feel the hospitality there and the warmth. I felt very comfortable during my stay there, everyone is greeting, doing their best and very friendly, helpful, and polite in general. The room itself was marvellous - really really beautiful and exceeded my expectations. There even is a housekeeping service two times a day, which is a very high standard in my opinion. Room was always clean and tidy. The resort itself is a green oasis, surrounded with many green plants. The food in the restaurant was also very good every time I ate there. After the first night I had already decided that I wanted to stay another week and after that one more night, so in total I ended up staying 14 nights there, and I enjoyed every day at the resort. I even got to participate in some of the Resort‘s activities, which included Trekking in the rice fields, Yoga, a Balinese Offering class, egg painting, and wood carving. Each of the classes is unique and I wholeheartedly can recommend doing them - you‘ll learn a lot about Balinese culture and art or move your body in a healthy way. In general, I can really really recommend this place, the people are just kind and beautiful souls and the place itself is magical and very healing.

Awesome staff! The yoga class in the morning is good. Mostly stretching, balancing and relaxing, suitable for beginning. We also enjoyed the morning walk in the rice field. A bit far away from the center but the hotel has free shuttle 5 times a day. The food in the hotel restaurant is awesome. We dine there from breakfast to dinner.
