She was very gracious and understanding to let us check in late due to our luggage being lost. You can tell she loves doing this by all the details to make the suite beautiful. Also, a nice treat to have a few chocolates for us.

Everything was so nice, cozy, and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the ambience pleasant, and the design modern. The host was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

We loved everything about this stay! The staff were so friendly, the shops had everything you'd need, and Crystal's pub was beyond exceptional! The lamb shank meal was wonderful, and they served a great old fashioned. They didn't rush you, and were very attentive. At first we were not able to get a table, so we went to find another place, however a booking canceled and the gentleman ran after us to offer us a table. The location was perfect and we were able to get parking without issue. The hotel was walking distance to Blarney Castle and they let us park there during our trek of the castle. Highly recommend.

We were driving from Dublin and booked on our way. It was a last minute booking. Everything was so exceptional and amazing. I ven though we arrived late the host was super prepared and organised so we did not have any problems. Pet friendly and child friendly property. Our daughter was super happy when she found the cupboard for kids that is full of toys. ❤️ Definitely will stay again on our next trip to Cork.
