Firstly Staff was really good and polite we have met Resort Manager and Staff they were very welcoming and try and get you all the information necessary. I would rate more than 10 for the room which we were in it was huge clean and had a jacuzzi. Nice view from the suite. Place is very calm and maintained well. Personally Food was good if u are opting for Ala carte buffet was Ok.

Excellent location, ambience, cleanliness and facilities especially good disabled wheelchair access. Special mention to the Manager Mr Abhijit Jagtap who went out of his way to make my 86 year old mother comfortable and accommodating her in an accessible room and specially catering to her dietary needs. His warm hospitality, attention to detail and making the extra effort beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable - is truly appreciated and praiseworthy. All the staff were polite helpful and always ready to help. Special thanks to the chef and cook for the delicious food and special requests, I even got my Morning green smoothie. I would highly recommend Il Palazzo Heritage home Not just for the ambience but for the warm staff and very proactive manager. Very impressive place.

The experience was super comfy and relaxing. The owner & care taker (super friendly) were exceptional with their service. The villa was huge with dreamy views and curtains all over. The pool was huge & clean to relax and play around. Many sightseeing locations were nearby to plan your day out with family & friends. The villa was Clean. Chintu the ginger cat will walk around you ( if you love cats you can take him inside the villa). Our overall Experience was soothing and relaxing. Everything about this stay was awesome. Best thing about our stay was the host, Vinita ma’am. The care that we received and the homemade food we were served, lovely! We were also served with fresh strawberries right from the farm. Room was very spacious with a balcony which opens to the beautiful views. Location is secluded and yet close to Panchgini market. If one enjoys silence, this home is just perfect. Ma’am even helped us with arranging a mechanic to repair our puncture bike tyre. She also shared her life experiences and the good work that she’s been doing with the NGO. Conversation that went on lengths made much more difficult to say goodbye, only for now. Will definitely visit again with friends and family.

What an amazing experience we had at Lifeline Villa. We were a group of 6 people, 2 kids, 1 toddler and a pet dog, and right from the detailed information given after booking to the stay everything was top class. The caretaker Raees of the place called us to check on the stay as well and was very prompt. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos, with an amazing view. The kids had a great time running around along with barbeque and bonfire at night. A super thanks to the team of lifeline villas for the clean premises and awesome food that they provide us from their kitchen Just ensure that you follow the correct instructions while going to the place.

The surroundings and everything around was very peaceful. Enjoyed my stay, it was clean. Over all my experience was great, it was a luxury stay. The staff was really great, everyone are very humble and hospitable. The breakfast was tooo good and very yummy. Will visit again soon 🙂
