The best peaceful and calm place with the best service, staff and breathtaking view where you forget about everything! And if you want to spend time quietly on the beach with cleanest Ganga- this is the best place to do it! This was so nice that every evening housekeeping brought fresh masks for the face made out of natural ingredients! There is a shop in the hotel with such beautiful dressed, clothes, jewellery! I really want to thank Ram at the reception as he assisted me with all my requests being very attentive!

A magical place due to it's location and owners. Just a 20 min drive from Rishikesh to absolute peace and beauty. The apartment is in a great location with views across the mountains, through trees, birds and monkeys! 2 minutes walk from the property is a sunset spot with a small cafe which others travel to from miles around, looking down over the Rishkesh and the Ganges. There are plenty of walks to do if you're feeling fit including Neer waterfalls; all the way downhill to Topavan; up hill with plenty of roadside cafes on the way. Access to Topovan is also easy via taxi or hire a scooter and get around like the locals. This property is not your average homestay, whether Paulson & Madhavi can keep up this incredible level of hosting, I don't know, they put so much energy, care and attention into reading guests needs and ensuring they were comfortable. They introduced guests into more of a social group with the other guests if wanted, but could equally enable a more private stay if that's what suited. This place is their home and you are encouraged to feel at home and part of the family. This is particularly evident with how food is available at the property. Though I know they plan to develop this offering further to create a cafe, at the time we stayed we were provided with breakfast, teas and coffees, and dinner if we wanted it, plus the choice of bottle or fresh mountain water. A delicious group vegetarian meal was prepared, taking into account the differing needs of the guests and we had the option of being served individually at the table outside our room or joining a wider group on the main balcony. Paulson will very generously show you around the area and chat away with much laughter on the way. He will also arrange scooters, airport transfers, white water rafting, friendship! I highly recommend and we would definitely return. I would go on but I've run out of space!

The location is unbeatable, you have the best Ghat as your backyard and great places to eat all around. The chill vibes of the area are awesome, don't be surprised if you end up staying way longer than you thought. The staff is really nice and make plans every once in a while for people to join.

The staff is welcoming and ready to help when needed. The whole facility is clean, from the bathrooms to the rooms and common area. The common area is great for working with many couches and desks inside and a patio with a beautiful view of the mountains outside. Also having a small garden where to relax and eat is a great plus

We loved our stay here. Our room was very comfortable and very spacious for the 3 of us. The staff were all lovely, especially Aman, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This property is located in the most perfect position. It is right on the Ganga, and in the middle of shopping and restaurants. It is perfect. We were there for Holi and wouldn’t have chosen to be anywhere else.
