Excellent staff and very friendly service. We stayed in a room where we had a fabulous scenic view. Pool area was very calming. It was great to have a spa on-site as well. Very relaxing place if you don’t want to live in the center of noise and massive tourist areas. Loved it!

This is the best Homestay we stayed in Kerala. The family is very welcoming and they are all very keen in helping you out. We had nice conversations with them in the evenings. It really felt like home. The room was very clean and big enough for 2 ppl. You can find some restaurants at walking distances. Also the temple is at about 20 min walking.

Everyone takes care of you. They are very kind. The owner answered inmediately when i booked , and we'll keep in contact all the time, to solve any doubt you have .You can see the beach from the terrace, its near and quite empty, and you can have lunch and dinner well prepared. I had a truly beautiful experience staying at Coco Homestays. Subin and his wife were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to — they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Subin kindly shared with me some sacred local places to visit, which was very meaningful for me, as the purpose of my journey in India is to pay my respect to Hindu gods and devas. The location of the homestay is perfect — peaceful and very close to important temples and spiritual sites. They also recommended delicious traditional local food, which I thoroughly enjoyed! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to rest and recharge after temple visits. I’m grateful for their warmth and hospitality — it truly added something special to my spiritual journey in India. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a soulful and comfortable place to stay
