The host, Ashok, was very helpful and guided us throughout our trip. He also arranged a vehicle for us to tour around. The place itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had soaps etc.. and there was a balcony which we enjoyed to have our morning tea. There is also a kitchen where we could cook few things. The location is also perfect to visit the temple. Overall, it was comfortable and safe in this homestay. Highly recommend!

Very good value for money! Super friendly staff and owner. Very clean room, bathroom, pool... In fact, the whole property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated. Beautiful location and garden. The massage they proposed in a nearby ayurvedic center was excellent as well. Jeevan's place is an absolute must when you're in the area!

Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. Hosts Akhil was very friendly and Helping, checked throughout our stay whether any help needed. I had a truly beautiful experience staying at Coco Homestays. Subin and his wife were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to — they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Subin kindly shared with me some sacred local places to visit, which was very meaningful for me, as the purpose of my journey in India is to pay my respect to Hindu gods and devas. The location of the homestay is perfect — peaceful and very close to important temples and spiritual sites. They also recommended delicious traditional local food, which I thoroughly enjoyed! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to rest and recharge after temple visits. I’m grateful for their warmth and hospitality — it truly added something special to my spiritual journey in India. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a soulful and comfortable place to stay
