It includes a small refrigerator, small sofa, three chairs, two small tables, a desk, two bedside tables, a shower and tub! No elevator. It's located across a parking lot from a nice KFC if you need that kind of food. It's also 250 meter from an excellent bakery. We were really pleased with our comfortable visit.
