The Palais Hortenberg exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—10 out of 10. All major attractions are just a short walk away. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. The facilities were very comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything a traveler might need for a short stay was provided and more. For longer stays, a few extra kitchen items such as plates, knives, forks, and other utensils would make things even more convenient.

Staff is very friendly & you feel that they individually care about you. Rooms are well equipped, very comfortable & designful with a great view. Stunning hotel experience. Beautifully designed. So spacious. Premium toiletries (Balmain Paris) and Dyson hairdryer included. Window views from the bedroom and bathroom. Cute balcony with table and chairs. Very cool glass cupboard with a shelf specifically for charging devices. Super friendly and professional staff. Private entrance via a beautiful florist or through the hotel restaurant. Excellent location to all the sights and great restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bolzano.

    This place is a real find, a gem! Superb! Lovely large modern well decorated room. Wonderful breakfast with great choices. Restaurant and staff are exceptional. Secure parking for my motorcycle. Will definitely be staying here again.

    Really nice apartment in a historic building in the heart of the city. The owner Roswitha was really helpful and the underground parking nearby was useful. The associated restaurant and staff are both very nice and we ate there a few times. There was surprisingly no noise from downstairs as it was really popular!

    Centrally located with night markets outside the hotel and walking distance to all requirements. the ability to park the car in the city parking and enter the hotel reception through the car park was advantageous noting the winter weather. Breakfast was full of variety, though the restaurant menu was slightly lacking in options, however the cafe was another dining option. The rooms very large in comparison to alternative locations Staff were always available for assistance and were fantastic during the stay.
