The location is at the beginning of the bridge, which is the place that has the best view and at the same time no need to carry our luggages up the steep bridge. The host provides detailed information including parking options and pricing, which is incredibly thoughtful, he even offer to give us ZTL authorization to unload luggage if we choose to park outside ZTL. Communications are fast, effective and overwhelming friendly. Breakfast is a big plus too, abundant amount of pastries are offered, even some savory ones which are very satisfying. The room is carefully furnished, spacious and with great view from the patio, local brand of shampoo and shower gel are placed in the bathroom, really nothing to complain about!

In a nutshell: everything was just perfect. Carlo and Primia were by far the kindest hosts we've ever met. They gave us a very warm welcome, Carlo offered us a ride to Civita, which was very nice. The object itself is also great, well equipped, clean and cosy. The breakfast choices were a pleasant surprise for us, the fridge was full of groceries including fresh fruits, sweets and so on. We also used the private parking option, which was convenient and secure. We travel a lot, but this is I think the best stay we've ever had, so the high rating is really well deserved. Thank you!

The owners are really nice and helpful, also the location is right near the bridge to civita so we could enjoy many hours of quiet and peaceful time in the area, early morning or later afternoon, without the turist crowds.

Parking and luggage pick up was easy with clear instructions from Andrea. Highly recommend when you want to stay in Civita . apartment was directly looking out on the main piazza right at the cathedral. Loved having breakfast in the morning looking out at amazing view. Apartment has lots of character , two big bedrooms and decent sized single. Its actually much nicer than in the pics. Loved Orvieto and our stay in the apartment. We went in July and were surprised how quite Orvieto was but it was great to relax before the madness of Rome. Would defo recommend.
