The location is excellent. Gianpiero and Alessandra waited for us at the railway station, the communication was great. They helped us with everything from ordering our food on arrival to making the reservation at the restaurant for the next day (my birthday). The apartment was warm and cosy, water and wine in the fridge, coffee, tea, pasta, biscuits and some other things were waiting for us. Varese Prime was the best apartment I have ever booked.

High end, sophisticated, substantial, and very stylish apartment. This apartment is huge and particularly suited to families with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even a fussball table in the kids room as well as play equipment outside. The owners are on site and very helpful if needed. The area is in woodland with small lake near by, easy to locate and access. U2 and D'piu supermarkets are not far away. This really is a wonderful apartment and includes many extra consumables. Highly recommend.

Beautiful grounds and setting. Secure parking and perimeter. Breakfast amazing, using home grown products. Modern entry systems and USB sockets in rooms are useful. Hot showers and relaxed access to both pool and hot tub. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Property manager/ owner was easily contactable via Whatsapp and provided recommendations for local food and things to do. In conclusion, everything is to like !

Such a nice and sweet experience staying at Marlene's place. All of our expectations were exceeded and Marlene was a joy to meet. The apartment was very clean and all well prepared. Kitchen was fully equipped and we never have experienced so many things granted us in her kitchen.

Paolo was really hospitable and the BnB itself was in a beautiful sprawling garden really close to the heart of the Varese city. Quite splendid for a family run place. The amenities are on point .. toiletries, nice shower, access 24/7, choice of coffee, little refreshments, thought off breakfast, the two doggo's and so on. They were lovely to lend me a bike which I really was able to use to get around. A little smaller for 5'10" and two different valve types on the tires but enjoyed having the choice to nip about. The attention to detail was something you'd expect from a star hotel like the folding of the toilet paper, she really went beyond on service. There was a wee TV in the room too which was handy for a night in (all Italian channels but comforting with a wide variety). There's ample place to park your car too. This is a nice quiet place and something I would recommend going to again if I were in Varese that's close to your shops, restaurants, church, bar etc. and a short bus away from Sacro monte di Varese

We recently stayed at Hotel di Varese. The hotel is at a good location (near the historical area). The hotel is very pleasant - it’s clean, the food is good and the service is excellent! The entire stuff was extremely kind and nice. They were available 24/7 to our needs, and helped with patience to every question we asked. The stuff was wonderful! We want to thank Aloisia, Samueve, Angelica, Nicholas and Arianna. We would also like to say a good word about Giusy who works at the breakfast buffet. She was super nice, gave us excellent and quick service. The entirety of the stuff was very responsive to EVERYTHING we asked. They went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay the best it can possibly be. My family and I highly recommend staying at Hotel di Varese!

    Very nice accommodation. Comfy bed. Owner didn't speak English but with Google translate we got on fine. Excellent breakfast laid out on the terrace. There were seating areas outside the bedroomto sit comfortably during the evening. Lovely park behind the hotel to wander in with lovley view of the lake. Movida a good restaurant recommended by owner. Just have to walk up a steep hill to get there! Good parking just outside.
