We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.

Very good location at the Alps. We wanted a place in the small village where we could go hiking and Casa Bat was the best choice for our needs. The weathers were quite cold but the apartment was warm, cosy and tidy after the long day outdoors. There was a well equipped kitchen in the apartment and it was a perfect thing because we made our own dinners. The hostess was really nice and we chatted like old friends 😊🙏🏼

Very clean and modern. A spacious apartment with loads of storage space and one of the most dog friendly places we have ever stayed. There is no outside space for the dogs in the apartment block but the edge of the lake and a small dog friendly area is only 200 paces away.     We had a very clean and comfortable room in a brand new B&B. The B&B is located in a very picturesque place with many hiking trails in the surroundings, while not so far from Lake Como. Parking was no problem and our dog was welcome here too. The hostess is friendly and always ready to help with advice. Nice place!
