The properties is very new, everything is very new. It is nearly situated nearly at mountain top so you can have very good view of mountains including the snow-capped in a distance, it is very beautiful if the weather is permitting ! The owner is very attentive, he pro-actively contact us to ensure that he can greet us upon our arrival. In fact, he is waiting for us as we did arrive a bit later than planned, he greeted us even it was dark!

Good location. Exceptional staff, nothing too much trouble, always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and light lunch and very good restaurant next door. Modern unfussy room comfortable and spotless. Can’t fault it.

The stay at Podere Martina was exceptional. The location is perfect, quiet and scenic, yet very convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself is fully furnished, spotless, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a combination of comfort, beauty, and heartfelt care. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Langhe as it’s the perfect base to experience the region.

The hosts are extremely welcoming and just very nice people overall. Barbara is lovely, she welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. Her husband also stopped by to say hi and check if everything was going well. The house is very well furnished with taste and love and we had everything we needed (all possible amenities you can think of including mouthwash, razor, flip flops, towels, relaxing spray for your pillow and I could go on forever). The fridge was full of food, both sweet and savoury. The house was super clean, nothing to say about it. The location and view are incredible, the house is nearby Barolo in the heart of Langhe 30 minutes drive from Alba. The breakfast was delivered every morning and included croissants (we were asked in advance what fillings we wanted) focaccia (with and without tomato sauce), fresh bread and a sweets from a local pastry shop (first day we had baci di dama and the second day an incredible raspberry gelly with hazelnut cream ). It is a 5 stars service and we will definitely go back again, even if we only live one hour drive from there. You can really tell Barbara and Roberto love to host people and they are doing a great job at making you feel welcomed and looked after.

Very beautiful location, very quiet... the owners are very nice, very kind. They helped us a lot with everything we needed... unfortunately we had a problem with our motorcycle but they helped us also by driving us to Alba... definitely we will come back.
