The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. I had a wonderful stay, but what truly set this hotel apart was the kindness and care of the team. After I had already left, I realized I had lost a ring with great sentimental value. The hotel team went above and beyond to help me, they found the ring and arranged to send it to me by post. I’m so grateful for their honesty, effort, and warmth. The wonderful trullo that is more one hundred years old. Technically the trullo type is only for living room and kitchen, and sleeping areas are more modern but we were happy anyway.. The quiet farm area with nice horses and responsible dogs. We have our breakfast outdoors and we spent a wonderful evening. There are two separated by long hall bedrooms so it is the most comfortable place for a family with the teenager. The host (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) was very friendly and helpful. The parking is onsite, it's a very good accommodation if you travel by car.

absolutely stunning property. Beautifully decorated. Top quality. lovely breakfast. The grandfather bought us over fresh figs, plums and some prickly pear. As you enter the property soft music is playing with subtle lighting. We enjoyed the company of the cat family. A car is necessary. Peaceful location. One of the best Booking.com properties we have stayed in.

Francesco the owner is there if you need anything, or need help or advice. He's brilliant! And speaks several languages. The pool, views and location are amazing. It's high on the hill with uninterrupted views, and a great place to return to each day. We stayed 10 days and sometimes just sat in the garden looking at the view all day. The 1-bed apartment is good. It has a hob, fridge freezer and coffee machine. The studio is even better equipped with an oven. Francesco serves traditional Italian food for breakfast and we had wonderful cakes to start, followed by tomatoes and Basil with a dressing on little toasts. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.
