Everything is like on photos but photos can't transfer energy. It's hard to explain to someone who doesn't feel it. Friendly, warm, likable host. The room is spacious with comfortable bad, bathroom is private and clean. Sharing kitchen is just perfect. This is a perfect place for people who like a people.

Amazing hotel, very wel preserved as for 70's, very clean hotel and surroundings. Staff very helpful, swimming pool clean and most of the time only for us. We get two appartments in price of one, price/quality unbelievable this times. Almost no tourist in hotel and in nearby town - amazing. Cheapest and best restaurants in Lanusei. Beautiful beaches and canyons. If you looking to really have rest, quiet and almost no tourists - that's right place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect—very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the host was helpful and responsive. Plus, the apartment owner has a fantastic pizzeria nearby that I highly recommend—delicious food and a great atmosphere.

It was one fenomenal experiance. The staff was so friendly and hellful, we felt so wellcome and at home. We loved everything, especialy the animals. The dinner in their restaurant was a comlete Sardinian experiance. Highly reccomend it even if you are outside guests. The place is an oasis for your sole.

The location is comfortable, just a 30 minute drive to the beach. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a pretty nice view from the balcony. The housekeeper has left a breakfast, coffee capsules and water for us which was very kind. The place was clean and tidy.

Unbelievable setting in the mountains, overseeing the valley and the sea. If you get up early enough, you can enjoy a spectacular sunrise. Balcony is in the shade most of the day, the apartment is fitted with most modern day appliances with a few things missing that will be provided for free upon request (bottle opener for example). The host is extremely friendly and discreet, even bringing me fresh fruit from the garden. Depending on what you are looking for, this might be ideal. Away from all the hassle, quiet, laid back and relaxing, but at least 25 minutes away from the nearby best beaches.

    We are 8 friends (4 elderly couples) hiking in Sardinia. It is Located in a vast wood area high in the mountains, a 10-minute drive from Lanusei. There are a lot of walking trails around. Rooms are basic but very clean, comfortable and big. A very welcoming and attentive staff especially Stefania who took very good care of us. The restaurant is excellent with a large variety of foods. We enjoyed a few dinners there. A very good breakfast is included. Free parking.
