Amazing staff who are clearly proud of the estate. Dizzyingly beautiful location with views to die for. Comfortable room with high ceilings, a large bed and a spacious bathroom. Everything looks like it belongs in a Tuscan villa, but is modern and just works. The air conditioning is perfect, as is the soundproofing. For us, the perfect blend of fancy and approachable. Everything looks and feels appropriate for the concept of a Tuscan villa and surrounding vineyards, but done with a modern touch, attention to detail, and an eye for sustainability. This ranges from water recycling systems and solar panels on the parking shelters to wooden barrels that are actually outdoor speakers. It's pretty clear Villa Petriolo takes sustainability very seriously, but in a way that's not "less" but instead "better". For example, you can purchase opened in-room toiletries with a half-off discount and take them with you. Good food and wines, produced locally.

The location is great! The room has a private bathroom, heating in the room works great (we were there during the winter). The kitchen and the balcony are common spaces to share with others. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, you can leave your food in the fridge, there is also a dishwasher and coffee machine. The view of Tuscany hills from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of a brook. The owner Irene was a wonderful host, she gave us all the necessary information and here energy is very positive, welcoming and warm. We received vouchers for breakfast in a local bar with pastries. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Vinci definitely stole our hearts and we both knew the moment we entered the Bellavelle Rooms, that this is the place we want to return to!

    A wonderful house near Florence. very nice and cozy .. Such an authentic Italian style .. Incredibly beautiful and picturesque .. There is a parking space for cars. But keep in mind that the door to the house closes (may slam), even if you have opened it. Therefore, always take the keys with you when leaving the apartment. And everything is great! we will definitely come back here again for a longer period of time!

    Really great view of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment is huge for the family. The kitchen is well equipped and you can also do BBQ in the garden. If you guys feel lazy to cook there is a pizza delivery service to your apartment. Parking is free so that's another plus points.

    Everything is really well maintained, from the apartment to the outside area, including the pool. Everything is clean and neat. There was enough parking space which was really nice. The owner gave us loads of tips about local events and places in Tuscany to visit, which was really nice!
