Great accommodation in a beautiful setting. The apartment is modern, new, very clean, and well equipped – you’ll find everything you need. The outdoor hot tub and sauna are perfect. The location is about 10 minutes by car from Livigno, so having your own vehicle is ideal. Everything works flawlessly through self-service, and the communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is wonderful, the orientation is perfect, the sun shines all day long. From every window you can see the mountains, the stream, the herd of grazing cows. The local shops are close and the service is good. An excellent restaurant is a short walk away. The internal distribution is very convenient. The connection between the terrace and the garden is fantastic. We went cycling, we visited wonderful places. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The sauna and jacuzzi in the garden were a great experience in the evenings.

Small, but very luxurious hotel, seems new and well designed. Perfect location for skiing, right next to the lift connecting to other lifts on the Trepallo side. Ski locker assigned for each apartment. The center of Livigno is a short car trip away, but there are some good restaurants within a walking distance. Tasty breakfasts, fresh products, great coffee, breakfast area with a gorgeous view. Small, but very nice spa amenities, esp. enjoyed the sun room (a hot tub at the terrace). Access controlled via an app, very handy, although sometimes needed to reconnect for it to work. Staff extremely polite and attentive. Rooms cleaned spotless every morning. Pricey, but great place to stay and relax, especially for a romantic ski getaway.

My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

This is a family hotel and the dedication of owners is exceptional. There were no issues during our stay all was perfect. Bed and pillow were out of this planet. Wee before I was in France and couldn't sleep there because of the bed but here it is a totally different story.Just two words TOTAL COMFORT.

The best place for bikers, a huge and spacious storage room with all possible facilities (even a washing machine). The rooms are modern, cozy and very well equipped, without unnecessary items. Finally someone "invented" open shelves with plenty of hangers and a place to leave open suitcases :) The bathroom is very spacious with plenty of space to put cosmetics etc. Spacious parking lot.
