Beautiful villa in the countryside, very close to Pistoia. The villa and the estate are simply lovely; all the charm of an historic property, but fully (and respectfully) modernised. Lovely garden and pool area, and a great covered parking. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast too. Would love to come back!

Our stay at Marco’s place was fantastic! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is great – peaceful, yet close to all the important spots. Marco is an incredibly kind and helpful host, always available for any questions. We truly felt at home. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, and the coffee prepared by Lucia was simply outstanding. The free on-site parking was a great convenience, and we truly enjoyed the peace, quiet, and fresh air during our stay. Just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, there is an excellent restaurant recommended to us by Lucia.

Really amazing building, surrounding, apartment. Feels like a perfect venue for a romantic movie. Staff was super friendly, breakfast site cute, very cozy. Sadly weather was already chilli so we were not able to enjoy the pool. But if possible would love to visit again in summertime.

Stunning property with amazing views. The host was so lovely, he picked us up from the train station and took us back which was so nice of him. The room was lovely, amenities were great. The pool was nice and there were so many spaces to chill out, it was super relaxing. We didn’t have a car but you could still walk to the small nearby village and a few restaurants for dinner very easily and quickly. The drinks and breakfast on site were really good too. I would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely chilled place to stay.
