The host (and her family) is superfriedly. The house is a nice Italian house. The garden and swimming pool is very nice. The full second floor has been made available. The big plus of the house is the huge balcony with a lovely View on the lake. There is a private parking space so no need to park on the street. The second flow includes apart from the balcony a living room, bath room, sleeping room (3 beds) and kitchen.

We loved everything in this 5 star Air B and B❤️The location in the heart of Arona, the amazing interior design is fantastic, memory foam bed, spacious room and the amenities, cleanliness, the breakfast spread of food was enormous, and of course Debra who was always there to assist us.

Amazing location. The staff is really kind and helpful and there was great and fast communication through Booking.com and WhatsApp. The room and bathroom were spotless. Also big plus for the rain shower. Would go visit this B&B again, if I ever get the chance.

I loved that the family of Erika was welcoming the hosts very lovely. The breakfast was adorable and the rooms are very nice with the view from the balcony on the mountains. The structure is new constructed and super clean. In front of you can find a small parching area. Amazing stay and full recommendation!

    Great room in picturesque house location. Bedroom & bathroom good with no issues. Good location in quiet town with few bars / restaurants within short walk. Free street parking close by if car. Think bus & boat service in town too. Andrea is very friendly & helpful - we were sad we didn't get chance to speak to him more & sit out in the nice garden & chill (due to us having long days morning - evening out exploring). Stayed 3 night. Would recommend to anyone

    Super location directly at the lake with beautiful views and an access to a private pier. I liked the little pool (rather to chill than swim), resting/sunbathing areas and the possibility to rent a SUP for a decent price. Underground parking was a plus (with pretty tight entrance but manageable for a mid-sized car). Staff was friendly and even helped me organise a converter for power plug of my laptop. Good breakfast and mid-day snacks were tasty. There are also a few restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.
