I made reservation 30 minutes before accommodation. I received very quick answer. The accommodation was very professional and friendly to me and to my children. The building was like castle: very beautiful and stylish, but modern. Very quiet, clean and convenient. And the breakfast was amazing: very delicious and generous. It was the best accommodation in Italy during 5 day journey.

I like the cleanliness; very green atmosphere, together with the beautiful ambience and the staff are exceptionally helpful/professional. The hotel upgraded me to a terraced Queen-sized apartment when they discovered it was my birthday at check in. It is the traditional hotel, with a phone in the room to communicate with the staff. The reception is manned 24/7. The bathroom is well equipped with a separate bath and shower; has everything including toothbrush/paste, shower cap, all other hygiene needs. The restaurant and bar is beautiful and served delicious meals. Although, I was not particularly a fan of their type of baked beans because I’m so used to the British version. There were lots of food options and healthy choices too. The location of the hotel is just few minutes away from Marco Polo airport and Venice city centre. I also liked the idea of the shuttle bus that took us to Venice. The driver was helpful, understanding even though he speaks very little English. He was helping with carrying the luggage and to get us on the bus. I’m already recommending the hotel to friends and family as I heard a brilliant time out there.

Nice comfy place with spacious balcony, decent kitchen, clean bathroom, and overall excellent impression. We stayed there for five days as family of three and it was really fine. Parking is in the front. Nice bar also. City center is ten minutes walk and train station five minutes walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. We were especially pleased with how well-equipped it was – everything we needed was there, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location was very convenient to go by car - a few minutes from the train station which takes straight to Venice Island. The place itself had an inside gate parking, to which we had a key - the car was like a meter from the door - super convenient! The place had all the needed convenience items, like a hair dryer, coffee machine, extra toilet paper and other toiletries, and towels. Everything was clean, modern, and easy to reach. The hosts were super friendly - let us check in a little later and check out at around 11. I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a quiet place to rest in a comfortable place.

    The place is unique! The host is very kind, welcomed us very well! The villa is just wonderful and the room very cozy with a modern bathroom and everything you need. There is secure parking. The best thing is that the train station is just opposite and from there you can catch a train to Venice. But it was very quiet in the evening and we were able to rest. The breakfast was great too.. there was variety of food and the homemade cakes and pastries were so delicious! I also recommend the homemade kiwi jam that the host sells, it's great!

    The place fully met our expectations. All areas in the hotel were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful. Our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The parking lot is large and easily accessible. Venice is only 20 min away.
