the lobby is amazing i could just stay in the hotel all day. the concept is really great i tried both the heaven and hell rooms both are great. liked the heaven one more because of the design. the hotel has a cinema and an amazing hanging out area. the balcony is a great addition to the room and there’s enough room for one person only in the balcony. and for all the muslims out there theres a shattaaf which was really surprising to find one in italy. the staff are really helpful and provide everything you ask for and more. the rooms are really clean and spacious. great location as well

The hotel was in a good spot near the Basilica Santo Spirito and near Ponte Vecchio. The host was very nice. The water in the minibar is free thats nice. And they have got a tea and coffe machine. The bed was very comfy.

Everything..... I'm working in hotel business for 25 years and this hotel is perfection. Perfect location in the historic center. Perfect rooms with amazing unique design for each are exceptional, big space for short or long stay, all amenities you may need (bathrobe,slipper, many kit and cream,hairdryer), fridge with water, coffee machine,confortable bed, great shower with different option, big TV with Netflix,even a smart phone with all the touristic information. Perfect service, what a friendly staff, all the team is so nice and take care of our guest as great professional even before you arrive, Anita and Sabina make our trip as a dream for celebrating our wedding anniversary.... The best hotel in Florence, the quality rate is insane ... We feel to be in a palace for a so sheep rate. Thanks you so much and hope to come back soon.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon our arrival. Explained and proposed all the restaurants and attractions to visit. The breakfast was wonderful and the happy hour at 6.30pm was worth doing considering that food and drinks have become very expensive in Florence. Free wine and Prosecco! 😁. The room was comfy and cozy . The location of the hotel is perfect to reach all the main attractions with ease and was an easy walk from the main train station. Definitely worth every cent for this upper 3 star hotel.
