The location in the heart of Montelupone is very convenient. There is an excellent restaurant in the building with a great selection of food and there are a lot of special events. We were at an artichoke vs. wine event, which was great and we could taste several dishes with local artichokes and local wine. Leonardo translated everything for us. Everybody was friendly and accommodating, we felt welcomed. Breakfast was amazing! A few parking spaces are in front of the building or outside of town walls not far away. The room is good size with beautiful views to the countryside.

Pasquale and his father, Luigi, took wonderful care of us. On the day of our arrival, we were greeted with a perfect Italian coffee and a delicious pastry, which made us feel at home straight away. The villa and the estate are absolutely beautiful, offering a serene atmosphere with stunning views of the sea and surrounding nature. Everything is brand new, spotless, and tastefully designed. Our room was modern, comfortable, and very well thought out. All of our questions were answered quickly, and we also received great tips for exploring the area. From morning coffee to the complete breakfast, everything was well prepared and generously served. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend visiting their website to discover all the other services and experiences they offer.
