I stayed in many great hotels but this one exceeded my expectations. The hotel and the facilities are perfect for a relaxing break. The design is unique with a personal touch and I particularly loved the beautiful garden. The jacuzzi in the room was the reason I booked but I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. The receptionist Esther and Aly were amazing! They were always extremely accommodating… not only they were polite but they were genuinely kind and helpful, and made our stay so fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to spend some relaxing time.

Everything was clean and the host Alberto was so kind and helpful. He helped us take our heavy luggage up the stairs, offered a shuttle service to where we wanted to go, and was very accommodating to any request we had! We really enjoyed our stay here

People here are very friendly and nice. When the hotel first opened, 12 people from our company stayed for a month, and we got along like family, so it was very hard to leave, so this time when I was on an official business trip again, I chose this place straight away. And now there is a new type of the rooms, this room has a sauna, multifunctional bathtub. Very stylish and comfortable.

Super nice and helpful host. Smooth self check-in/ check-out and great with fenced parking. Also, I think it was a nice touch to have with water, soda and crackers for us in the room :)

We only stayed one night in Sarno. It was new, clean and they also recommended a restuarant a few blocks away and the food there was fantastic. Breafast was very good as well. They also gave us a gift pack of their canned tomoatoes when we left! Bonus!

    Simple and Elegant, the rooms were very spacious and so were the corridors. Managed to park outside, without any problem (there are 3/4 parking spaces with a sign saying “you can park here”) and also plenty of space around the structure as well. Location Wise, did not have problem finding it, was quite simple.
