Great property away from the Orvieto town but within few minutes drive. The place has everything - amazing garden, swimming pool, views, friendly cats and dogs. We've got a welcome cake made by the owners from their own produce and the night before leaving we've got another cake. It is such a lovely gesture! We had everything we need and even more - milk, coffee, tea, bread, cakes, etc were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, great bathroom. There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it despite very hot weather outside - the house protects well against the heat and opening windows allows night breeze in - perfect. I'd imagine you need to warm this place up during the winter, but there is a large heater. Can't stress enough - it's a great place to unwind for a few days or to use it as a base to travel around Umbria. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous stay at Patrizia’s property. She communicated very well before our arrival and her friend Alessandro met us at the property to help translate and show us around/how everything works. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had so many little extras such as a hair straightener as well as a hair dryer and different types of snacks. Patrizia had kindly left a bottle of local wine to be enjoyed which was really appreciated. It was great having a little kitchen to prepare and store our food, the bed was very comfortable and extra blankets had been provided in case it was colder in the evening. The shower was easy to use. We could park our car right outside which was so convenient. The property is also a very short walk to the local restaurant: Trattoria Pizzeria da Claudio which we enjoyed both nights of our stay. Really enjoyed everything and would highly recommend.

Can't praise enough this hotel. The staff was hospitable, the rooms were clean. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was a great selection and the location of the hotel is prime since it's just adjacent to the Duomo.

Everything was excellent! The host was very helpful with several unexpected situations during our trip. The appartment was better prepared than we expected. Such a beautiful small town to stay in! We were personally met for check-in which made for a nice welcome. The apartment is tastefully decorated & it was very clean plus had everything needed to make a meal in the kitchen. The views from the front porch are amazing. If you want something quiet & in a small town then I recommend staying here.
